Embratel – Empresa Brasileira de Telecomunicações S.A. (Portuguese for "Brazilian Telecommunications Company") (BM&F Bovespa: EBTP3 / EBTP4) is a second major Brazilian telecommunications company headquartered in Rio de Janeiro.
